Regardless of the service you need, whether it is document preparation, scanning, index structuring, permission changes or any other related services, we are here to assist you with all your document management needs. From the moment of the initial design and construction of the content, to the permission structure of the repository, and throughout the transaction life and the term of engagement, we offer second-to-none customer service and responds to your needs immediately.

Training

Our solutions are easy to use and do not require extensive training. However, our customer service team is on standby should you need assistance in setting up your environment, creating customized interfaces or features.

Your administrator will receive training from a customer service team member regarding the process of setting up and managing our solution. This will allow you to create folder and documents structures and user groups easily, including adjustment of permissions and security settings. Training is offered via an online seminar and typically takes no more than a few minutes.

For the most part, there is no need for standard user training. However, if your company prefers individual user training, we will be happy to provide this via an online seminar or at your premises. In addition, some customers request individual user training for their board members, which is also available.

Your appointed coordinator acts as an extension of your company and provides training and back up support. Our fixed fee includes all the services and time provided by our coordinator.
